Tipping isn’t required, but it’s always appreciated! If you love your clean, a 10–20% tip is the usual way to show your cleaner some sparkle-level gratitude.
Your card is placed on file when you book and we charge it upon completion. We do have a 24hr grace period if you need it. After that there is a $25 late fee.
We allow you to cancel or reschedule up to 24hrs before scheduled cleaning.
